Concrete Lifting Questions
How big of a hole is drilled for concrete lifting?
Depending on the job, the holes are either 3/8” or 5/8”. Once the job is completed, these are much less noticeable than the 2″ holes used in traditional mudjacking.
What do you do with the holes once you are done?
We patched the holes with a quick set mortar mix which will be completely hard within 30 minutes.
Will my concrete slab sink after it is lifted with foam?
Polyurethane foam lifting is the most efficient way to lift your concrete slabs and has the least amount of call backs in the industry for sinking slabs. This is due to the weight of foam vs the weight of traditional mud for mudjacking. The foam is very light weight with a high compressive strength compared to the concrete slurry that is injected during mud jacking which is extremely heavy and tends to sink the slab again once levelled.
Is there a warranty on concrete lifting?
Yes! We offer a one year, 3/8” settlement on your lift. Our warranty information can be found at the bottom of your quote.
